You can't see it in this picture, but the bed skirt was made similar to the curtains. It was green and looked like there were flowers growing from the ground. I had made the bumper pad, quilt, curtains, wall decor, two dresses, and a pouch on the changing table.

I had taken a Flower Arranging class at BYU-I and loved it. My hubby recommended it, he knew I'd love it. And I did. We did lots of fun projects each week, including this one.
One of the main things I learned is to use flowers in "3's". Use the triangle to help you to create your arrangement. Always cut the stems underwater to prevent an air bubble in the stem. When my husband gives me flowers each day I like to cut an inch off the bottom (underwater, of course!) and it helps to continue to get water through the plant. They last much longer.
